Most calculators online do arithmetic you could do yourself. These do something slightly different: they take a habit you have never quantified and give it a number.
All of them are free, none need an account, and nothing you enter is stored or sent anywhere β the maths runs in your browser.
Time you did not realise you were spending
- Screen Time Guilt Calculator β your daily average, projected forward. It is a bigger number than you are expecting.
- Attention Span Calculator β how long you actually last before switching tabs.
- Browser Tab Hoarding Score β pairs well with the piece on why you do this.
- Sleep Debt Calculator β the accumulated total, not last night.
How online you actually are
- Internet Old Test β carbon-dates you by your first online memory. The closest thing here to an “internet age calculator”.
- Lurker Coefficient β how much you read versus how much you post.
- Cringe Tolerance Calculator β four bands, from Stable to Terminal.
- Notification Anxiety Score
Modern problems
- Streaming Decision Paralysis Score β time spent choosing versus watching.
- Inbox Bankruptcy Predictor
- Group Project Carry Index
- Online Dating Burnout Score
One honest caveat
These are for fun. The maths is consistent and the bands are fixed, but every input is self-reported, so the number says as much about how you answered as about you. None of them are diagnostic and none of them should be treated as advice.
Keep going
The full set of calculators runs to thirty. If you would rather be told something about your personality than given a number, the quizzes do that, and the generators make things instead of measuring them.
